How We Run Esports Odds

Feed Source

Odds and live scores come from tournament broadcast feeds and official APIs; we do not manually set lines mid-match.

Market Rules

Match-winner bets include overtime and technical wins; map-winner bets settle on the official scoreboard result.

Dispute Path

If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly, open a ticket with the match ID, your bet slip and the official result link.

Account Limits

New accounts start with a maximum bet size per market; limits rise as you complete more settled bets and pass wallet verification.

Odds Questions

If an odds line looks frozen or a market closes early, refresh the match page first; if it still does not update, contact support with the match ID and timestamp so we can check the feed and reopen the market if the game is still live.

Settlement Time

Most esports bets settle within minutes of the final result; tournament organiser delays or disputed rounds can push settlement back an hour. Check your bet history for the current status, and reach out if a clear result has not settled after two hours.

Wallet Sync

Your balance updates as soon as a bet settles; if you see a winning bet marked paid but your wallet total has not moved, log out and back in to force a sync, then contact us if the discrepancy remains after five minutes.

Esports Betting Glossary

What does match-winner mean?

Match-winner is a bet on which team wins the series or best-of-one game, including overtime and any extra maps played to decide the result; forfeits count as wins for the remaining team.

What is a map-winner bet?

A map-winner bet settles on which team wins a single map within a series; if that map is remade due to a technical issue the bet is voided and your stake returns to your account balance.

What does live odds mean?

Live odds update during a match based on current score and momentum; you can place a bet at any point until the market closes, and the odds you accept are locked in even if they shift before the bet is confirmed.

How does series-total work?

Series-total is a bet on whether the combined map count in a best-of-three or best-of-five series goes over or under a set number; a 2-0 result in a best-of-three counts as two maps total.

What is a voided bet?

A voided bet is cancelled due to a match postponement, technical remake or rule breach; your original stake returns to your wallet and no win or loss is recorded on your account history.

What does settlement time mean?

Settlement time is how long it takes for a bet to move from pending to paid or lost after the match ends; most esports bets settle within minutes once the official result is confirmed by the tournament feed.
